Well it is hard to believe we are already half way through 2016 but here it is the end of June. The summer has been great so far and the sales have picked up in Quechee. Here is the low down of sales in QLLA from Jan. 1st 2016 to Jun. 30th 2016;
Single family homes
- Number sold – 15
- Average price – $231,873 (this average excludes the $2million property that Quechee Associates sold this summer as the number skews the average quite a bit)
- Average days on market – 223
Condominiums
- Number sold – 20
- Average price – $179,700
- Average days on market – 250
The number of sales is up almost 40% from last year. The average price is about the same. This makes it good news for buyers (who can still find a good deal out there) and sellers (who are seeing more sales happen).
