Let’s face it, Vermont is a gorgeous state no matter what time of year it is (yes even during mud season) but it doesn’t get much better than seeing the Green Mountain State light up with hills of red and gold. Foliage in Vermont is something that everyone should enjoy at least once in their life but even better to take part in it each year. Though it is hard to pin point the “peak” you should get quite a show at the end of September and the beginning of October. Looking for the right road to drive on? Well that’s the best part. Most any road will give you plenty of photo ops and long lasting happy memories. Some of the best views are even taken from the interstate with 89 and 91 offering great rides and long range views of the mountains. But then be sure to find a back road with a canopy of colorful branches to give you a secluded tunnel of of splendor to enjoy. There will be plenty of apple picking and crafts fairs and things to do among the towns and villages. And make sure you save a day to visit us so we can tempt you with all the quaint and beautiful properties available that would let you come back to Vermont over and over again. And since fall sees the end of the “buying” season you may even find some nicely motivated sellers. Give us a call or drop us a line for more info and enjoy the beautiful Vermont fall.
